We also have a team of experts in a variety of fields, including financial advisors, legal professionals, career counsellors and more, to help you with any everyday questions you might have.

Face to Face

With more than one hundred counsellors spread throughout the country, there will always be a counsellor close by who can meet for a face to face session within a couple of days.

If face to face counselling is not convenient or practical for you, video counselling can be arranged and carried out from the comfort of your own home or office. Just as in face to face counselling, video counselling gives you and your therapist the ability to see each other throughout the session, helping to build a strong, trusting and supportive counselling relationship. 

Telephone

Like video counselling, telephone counselling offers increased flexibility, convenience and accessibility. If you would prefer to talk to a counsellor over the phone, our counsellors will be on hand to provide support over the telephone at a time that is convenient for you.
